Just bevor their second game against the Czech Republic the team returned to training with BLACKROLL®. The team uses the BLACKROLL® products before as well as after training sessions. With particular exercises muscles and fascia are getting activated and mobilized. A complete roll-out after the training session guarantees perfect regeneration.
